District 32 is a restaurant / cafe located inside the international departure terminal in the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.
I really liked the look and the ambiance of the place so I dragged my mom there so we could have a snack while waiting for our flight.
It is a bit pricey though and the food was okay, but nothing particularly special. This cheeseburger, for example, cost more than P300.
But, hey, airport food. So you kind of expect it to NOT be cheap.
